Qatar Central Bank (QCB) revealed that the main indicators of the banking sector achieved growth during October 2023 compared to October 2022, as the assets of commercial banks increased to 1.9 trillion riyals, a growth of 6.1 percent compared to the same month of 2022.
Total domestic deposits rose to about 799.1 billion riyals, a growth of 5 percent compared to October 2022. Total domestic credit rose to 1.2 trillion riyals, a growth of 5.6 percent. Domestic liquidity rose to 721.3 billion riyals, a growth of 3.4 percent.
