The Solver system is a free service on the website of the Union of Arab Chambers, which was developed to facilitate the handling of problems faced by the Arab merchant because of the lack of commitment of the official authorities concerned with the rules of the Greater Arab Free Trade Area. The Union acts as liaison with the official institutions concerned in the region in all its Arab member states, called "points of contact". Its mission is to receive complaints regarding the implementation issues and coordination with the competent authorities in the Arab countries and with the League of Arab States to address problems and obstacles, and provide information on the region to the private sector.

This program is not a legal reference

Solver is not specialized in problems between businessmen and traders or between traders and consumers. We only deal with the problems facing Arab inter-Arab trade because of the lack of commitment by the official authorities to the rules of the Greater Arab Free Trade Area.
