The World Economic Forum's Future of Jobs 2025 report shows that labor market transformation will affect 22 percent of jobs in Tunisia by 2030. Tackling the skills deficit will be the most important challenge for 80 percent of economic institutions.
The results of the report through the survey conducted by the Arab Institute of Heads of Companies, as the official partner of the World Economic Forum, showed structural changes in the Tunisian labor market by 22 percent over the next five years, with specialists in artificial intelligence and machine learning topping the list of high-growth jobs. Technology-related jobs top the list of fast-growing jobs against the rapid decline in the jobs of manual workers and accountants, due to the increased digitization of economic processes and the expected changes in market needs.
