Foreign Direct Investment in Saudi Arabia Jumps 14.5 Percent

Results of foreign direct investment in Saudi Arabia for the second quarter of 2025 showed that net inflows reached 22.8 billion riyals, an increase of 14.5 percent compared to about 19.9 billion riyals in the same quarter last year. However, this marked a 3.5 percent decrease compared to the previous quarter of the same year.

According to data from the Saudi General Authority for Statistics, the value of net inflows amounted to about 23.7 billion riyals. Meanwhile, incoming FDI flows stood at about 24.9 billion riyals in Q2 2025, representing a decline of 11.5 percent compared to Q2 2024, when they reached about 28.2 billion riyals.
