Saudi Arabia's Revenues Record 263.6 Billion Riyals in the First Quarter of 2025

The Saudi Ministry of Finance revealed that the total revenues in the first quarter of 2025 amounted to about 263.616 billion riyals, of which 149.8 billion riyals were oil revenues. The budget deficit reached 58.701 billion riyals, reflecting an increase in the volume of public spending as part of the Kingdom's plans to stimulate economic growth and continue implementing major projects within the "Saudi Vision 2030".

Expenses in the first quarter amounted to 322.3 billion riyals. Taxes on income, gains, profits and capital gains amounted to 6.7 billion riyals. The Saudi budget recorded a rise in non-oil revenues by 2 percent to 113.8 billion riyals, while oil revenues fell by 18 percent.
