Morocco's Central Bank Expects Economy to Grow 3.9% in 2025

Moroccan Central Bank Governor Abdellatif Jouahri predicted the country's GDP growth of 3.9 percent this year.

He pointed out that the projection of economic growth in the country's GDP will reach 3.9 percent in 2025, and will rise to 4.2 percent next year. He pointed out that the growth expectations of the local economy are due to agricultural growth, which is still linked to climatic conditions, and non-agricultural sectors, which will witness a growth of 4.2 percent.

He predicted that the budget deficit will decline to 3.9 percent of GDP this year, and will decline to 3.6 percent in 2026.
