A recent study found that 82% of workers in the United States already use AI tools at work, and that 88% would turn to AI to start a difficult job to do.
The study, commissioned by Google's Google Workspace, surveyed more than a thousand U.S. workers aged 22 to 39.
The study found that about 70% of respondents are already using artificial intelligence to write emails, especially complex ones, and to overcome the language barrier in writing them, according to a report by the technology news site "ZDNET".
87% of respondents said AI makes them feel more comfortable writing long emails on their phones. 90% said they feel more confident joining meetings on the go if they know an AI tool will take meeting notes for them.
