Assets managed by BlackRock, the world's largest asset manager, reached a record $10.65 trillion in the second quarter of 2024, thanks to rising customer asset values and investors injecting money into the company's ETFs.
BlackRock's total revenue jumped 8 percent to $4.81 billion. Net income rose to $1.50 billion, or $9.99 a share, in the three months ended June 30, up from $1.37 billion, or $9.06 a share, a year earlier.
BlackRock recorded total net inflows of $81.57 billion this quarter, slightly more than $80.16 billion a year earlier.
