The increase in international air travel has led to the rearrangement of the busiest airports in the world, compared to those in 2022.
According to Airports Council International (ACI), the preliminary list of the 10 busiest airports is again topped by Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport in the United States, which handled 104.6 million passengers in 2023, an increase of 11.7 percent, according to the website “VisaGuide.World”.
As in 2022 and 2021, Dubai International was the busiest airport with the highest number of international passengers. However, the rest of the list differed significantly compared to previous years.
