Recent data showed that the UAE's GDP at current prices is close to the AED 2 trillion threshold in 2024. GDP at constant prices is expected to grow by 3.9 percent compared to 3.5 percent in 2023.
According to the "Annual Economic Report 2023" issued by the Ministry of Economy, GDP at current prices is expected to rise to 1.9 trillion dirhams in 2024, compared to 1.83 trillion dirhams in 2023, an increase of 4 percent. GDP per capita at constant prices increased to US$73.6 thousand in 2024.
