The Arab Union for Industrial Exports Development (AUIED), in collaboration with the Arab Center for Training and Human Development, organize an ambitious and effective training program for trainers in the Arab world, from 25-29 November 2018 at the Pyramisa Cairo Hotel, Egypt.
The program comes within the framework of fruitful cooperation between the Arab Union for Industrial Exports Development and the Arab Center for Training and Human Development in order to make a qualitative leap in the training and qualification of trainers in the Arab countries and provide them with the practical experience necessary to serve as professional trainers in their field.
The program addresses the psychological barriers experienced by the trainer at the beginning of his work and how to overcome them. The program also reviews more than one model of scientific training. The program is characterized by the use of electronic means and applications that help the skillful lecturers and trainers in the implementation of remote training (online).
The training of trainers program aims at creating a generation of trainers in the Arab countries who have the knowledge, skills and the initial experience necessary to provide workers in the foreign trade sector and SMEs to increase their expertise and skills and thus increase the ability of these companies to compete and stay in the local and international markets.
