Al-Ghanim Discusses the Development of Economic Relations with India

Kuwait Chamber of Commerce and Industry chairman, Mr. Ali Mohammed Thunayan Al-Ghanim, affirmed the chamber's readiness to work with the Indian Embassy through organizing meetings and exhibitions to get acquainted with the investment opportunities available and to inform the Kuwaiti business sector about the laws and regulations in India.
Al-Ghanim pointed this out during his meeting with the Indian Ambassador to Kuwait Jiva Sagar, where they discussed ways to strengthen joint economic relations through exchanging visits of trade delegations and providing the Chamber with investment projects available for dissemination to interested Kuwaiti businessmen.
Al-Ghanim said also that "the Chamber is highly ready to provide all its services to reach positive results between the two countries," stressing "the importance of the role of the private sector in the fields of economic development, and enhancing trade cooperation through attracting investment projects and successful partnerships between the Kuwaiti and the Indian sides.
For his part, SAGAR thanked the Chamber for the good reception and the opportunity to develop trade relations between the two countries, expressing his happiness at assuming the duties of Ambassador in Kuwait, which has deep economic relations with India. He hoped that Kuwaiti companies would establish strategic partnerships with their counterparts in India, with the aim of opening new economic horizons between the two countries.
