The Union of Arab Chambers, the League of Arab States, and the Federation of Saudi Chambers are organizing the 21st session of the Arab Business Owners and Investors Conference and the “Second Arab Private Sector Economic Summit,” in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, under the title “Enhancing Arab Access: Advanced logistics for a sustainable economy.

 

During its previous sessions, the Arab Business Owners and Investors Conference succeeded in transforming the conference into an Arab economic and investment gathering, and a basic platform that brings together all Arab bodies concerned with investment at the official levels, the Arab private sector, and investment bodies, in addition to companies, entrepreneurs, officials, and bodies concerned with investment and its promotion. A meeting point for investors from Arab and foreign countries to discuss the most attractive sectors for investment in the host country. The conference will focus, as usual, on learning about the investment climate and environment, policies, incentives, and modern legislation in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in particular, and Arab countries in general, to attract investments.

 

The conference will be held under the title “Enhancing Arab Access: Advanced Logistics for a Sustainable Economy,” and will shed light on economic cooperation between Arab countries in the next stage, which must go beyond the concept of traditional trade and investment exchange, to reach the stage of a strategic logistics alliance. The conference will discuss the development of logistics infrastructure in the countries. Arab countries, through the establishment of modern roads, airports and railways, and the development of sea ports, which will facilitate the movement of trade and services, reduce production costs, and increase the competitiveness of Arab companies in global markets.

The conference is an important opportunity for Arab business owners and investors to learn about the latest developments in the field of logistics, discuss ways to enhance strategic logistics cooperation between Arab countries, and build new partnerships.

 

It is expected that the conference will bring together an elite group of senior businessmen and economic thinkers in Arab countries, due to the importance of the role it plays in formulating visions, ideas and projects that serve the goals and directions of Arab countries in supporting and strengthening intra-trade and economic relations, and creating an economic trade bloc among them, which is the goal and demand. Which has become more urgent than ever, in addition to the need of the Arab economies for Arab economic unity, because the Arab countries enjoy the elements of unity and integration, especially in light of the circumstances and changes taking place in the Arab region and the world as a whole.
