The number of passengers through the airports of the Sultanate of Oman by the end of January 2025 reached about one million and 331 thousand and 619 passengers, compared to one million and 417 thousand and 442 passengers by the end of January 2024, a decrease of 6%.
Preliminary statistics issued by the National Center for Statistics and Information showed that the number of passengers through Muscat International Airport by the end of January 2025 reached about one million and 200 thousand and 339 passengers, a decrease of 7 percent, who traveled on board 8 thousand and 99 flights, a decrease in the number of flights by 7.5 percent. Of the flights, 7,410 were international, carrying 109,650 passengers and 689 domestic flights carrying 90,689 passengers.
