The Egyptian Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities revealed that tourism sector revenues grew 7.8 percent year-to-November to $14.1 billion. Tourist numbers grew by about 4 percent to 14.3 million during the same period.
The Egyptian Ministry of Tourism indicated that the inbound tourist movement to Egypt is witnessing a growth rate this year, despite the geopolitical events taking place in the region.
It revealed that the number of tourist nights achieved a growth of 151.3 million, an increase of 7.8 percent compared to the same period last year. Revenues reached $14.1 billion, an increase of 7.8 percent compared to the same period last year.
