Jordan's trade balance deficit in the first seven months of this year amounted to 5.376 billion dinars (7.566 billion dollars), compared to 5.391 billion dinars (7.601 billion dollars) in the corresponding period of 2023. Jordan's total exports increased by 1.9 percent compared to the same period in 2023, while imports increased by 0.8 percent, according to the monthly report of the Jordanian Government Department of Statistics on foreign trade.
The trade deficit decreased by 0.3 percent during the first seven months of 2024 compared to the same period in 2023.
