The Russian-Arab Business Council was established to represent an effective framework for strengthening economic and trade relations between Russia and the Arab world and working to develop them, especially since these relations are always the subject of great interest from the Arab business community and the Russian business community. This council succeeded in achieving a qualitative leap in economic relations between the two sides, and demonstrated its role in introducing available opportunities, organizing mutual economic delegations, and supporting the establishment of joint private projects.

The Council also demonstrated its effective role by establishing many bilateral councils between the Russian Federation and the Arab countries, which have a major role in developing bilateral economic relations, and the Arabia Expo exhibitions marked a new and promising start in its activities.
