U.S. President Donald Trump revealed that the United States has secured commitments for new investments exceeding 18 trillion dollars.
Trump expected that America would likely attract investments worth 21.22 trillion dollars by the end of his second term, noting that GDP growth is expected to reach 4 percent in the next quarter. He affirmed that America’s economic security is its national security.
Regarding the anticipated trade deal between Beijing and Washington, Trump confirmed that “the meeting with the Chinese president will take place in South Korea, and I believe we will get it done. Also, the trade agreement with South Korea will be completed very soon.”
