This move sharply contrasts with the policy recently adopted by Washington, where President Donald Trump’s administration suddenly imposed new and costly changes last month to skilled labor visas.
The new Chinese “Kai” visa significantly simplifies the immigration process for those eligible, allowing young foreign talent in science and technology to apply. However, requirements on age, educational background, and professional experience remain unclear.
