The Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry launched its new digital application, along with unveiling the AI-powered assistant “Issa.”
The chamber’s chairman, Sameer Abdullah Nass, explained: “The launch of the Bahrain Chamber’s digital application and the introduction of the AI assistant ‘Issa’ marks an important new milestone in the chamber’s journey toward strengthening digital transformation and enhancing services provided to the business community.”
He added: “Today we are proud to be among the first chambers in the region to introduce an AI-powered persona dedicated to serving members. This achievement reflects the chamber’s pioneering vision and continuous commitment to anticipating challenges and leveraging opportunities through innovative solutions.”
He stressed that “what distinguishes this development is not only its alignment with the latest global technologies but also its primary focus on simplifying the member journey, enabling them to access essential chamber services easily and anytime — from electronic attestations and appointment bookings to accessing tenders, initiatives, and participating in events.”
