Gold near All-Time Highs amid Tariff Fears

Gold prices rose slightly on Thursday, hovering near all-time highs, amid continuing concerns about US President Donald Trump's tariff strategies that could exacerbate inflation and ignite a global trade war.

Spot gold rose 0.2 percent to $2,938.57 an ounce. Gold hit a record high on Wednesday at $2,946.85. U.S. gold futures rose 0.7 percent to $2,955.20.
