Gartner Research's latest forecast shows that global IT spending will reach $5.61 trillion in 2025, a 9.8 percent increase compared to 2024.
Sectors such as data center systems, hardware, and software will see double-digit growth in 2025, largely due to hardware and equipment upgrades to adapt to generative AI. However, it must be noted that these areas that will witness updates will not be functionally distinguished from others even with new devices.
