The International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) has signed a partnership agreement with Emerging Palestine, a private-sector cooperation initiative focused on economic reconstruction and development in Gaza and the West Bank. In line with ICC's commitment to promoting peace and prosperity through trade, the partnership aims to support broader efforts to develop strong private sectors and help secure economic stability across the Middle East.

To formalize this partnership, ICC and Emerging Palestine have committed to a series of joint initiatives aimed at developing the Palestinian economy for the benefit of the Middle East region as a whole. These initiatives include training Palestinian SMEs, building export capacities, and promoting investment opportunities in Palestine. ICC and Emerging Palestine will also work together to identify opportunities to reduce trade barriers, accelerate dispute resolution and increase cross-border trade.

Emerging Palestine is a coalition of more than 100 leaders and experts from Palestinian business leaders, international financial organizations and global economic development experts who have come together around a robust economic blueprint for what should happen to Gaza and the West Bank for Gaza and the West Bank to witness significant reconstruction and a sustainable path to prosperity and economic growth.
