Rafad Mahasneh, General Manager for the Middle East and North Africa at OKX, predicted that the market capitalization of cryptocurrencies will grow by 2030 to $ 10 trillion, supported by high demand from institutional investors for this type of asset.
He pointed out that "the legislation set by the UAE to regulate the cryptocurrency sector has played an important role in encouraging companies to come and invest in the development of this sector here compared to other countries of the world."
The cryptocurrency trading platform OKX predicted that institutional investors' allocation of cryptocurrency investments will rise by 7.2 percent in 2027 compared to 1 to 5 percent currently.
