Total Value of Saudi Sovereign Assets Exceeds $925 Billion

The total value of assets managed by Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund (PIF) last year exceeded 2.87 trillion riyals ($765.6 billion), with an annual growth rate of 29 percent compared to the end of 2022. Gross year-on-year shareholder return has averaged 8.7 percent since the Vision Realization Program began, with total assets under management currently reaching 3.47 trillion riyals ($925 billion).

The total net cash return for both the portfolio of investments aimed at developing and growing promising sectors and the portfolio of investments in Saudi companies amounted to 42 billion riyals for the year 2023 (approximately 11.2 billion dollars), almost double the target of 20 billion riyals (5.3 billion dollars).
