DHF Capital has revealed that the UAE will become a leading global destination for ultra-high-net-worth individuals by 2026, with 6,700 millionaires expected to move their activities to the UAE by the end of this year. If these predictions are met, the number of ultra-high-net-worth individuals will reach about double the 3,800 millionaires and 3,500 millionaires in the United States and Singapore, respectively, by the end of the year.

The number of ultra-high-net-worth individuals is projected to rise by 60 percent by 2026, making Dubai the city with the highest concentration of wealthy people in the Middle East, with a total net worth of more than AED 3.7 trillion. This growth is mainly due to the current number of millionaires in the UAE of 116,500.
