The eye sheds tears, and the heart grieves for the loss of His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates, who passed away to the Supreme Comrade, contentedly, with the hope of God Almighty.

In the face of this great affliction, the Union of Arab Chambers advances from His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, and his brother, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, and from the President of the Union of Arab Chambers, Abdullah Muhammad Al Mazrouei, and the whole brotherly Emirati people, with deepest condolences, praying to God Almighty to bless the late great man with his mercy and forgiveness and to inspire you patience and solace.

The great late is a loss not only to the United Arab Emirates, but to the Arab and Islamic nations, during whose reign the foundations and pillars of the Emirates were established, which began with the builder and founder of the state, may God rest his soul, His Highness Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, and it will continue, God Almighty, thanks to the wisdom, love, and sincerity of those in authority from the leadership of the state, and thanks to the rallying of the Emirati people around their preponderant and wise leadership.

His late Highness was a man of wisdom and a man of dialogue, moderation, and peace, during his reign the UAE witnessed unparalleled development and prosperity, and the Emirates turned into a land of peace and a source of convergence, openness, coexistence, fraternity, and tolerance. Thanks to the progress it has witnessed over the past decades and years, the world’s eyes now focus on the UAE and its flourishment. Today, the UAE occupies very advanced global economic centers, comparable to the most important economies in the world and superior to others in various fields.

The dream that began with the founder, may God rest his soul, Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, and completed with the dedication and sincerity of the late, God Almighty, Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, will continue thanks to God and the sons of the UAE and its loyal rulers. May the banner of this country that is dear to our hearts, and the hearts of all Arabs, remain fluttering and ablaze, to complete the march of advancement, development, and the desired progress.
