A delegation from the Arab-Brazilian Chamber of Commerce, which included the Secretary-General and CEO of the Arab-Brazilian Chamber of Commerce Tamer Mansour, and the Chamber's regional advisor to the Gulf Cooperation Council countries, Iraq and Yemen, Shaheen Ali Shaheen, visited the Crown Prince of Fujairah, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad Al Sharqi.
During the meeting, ways to develop business and strengthen relations between Brazil and the Emirate of Fujairah were discussed. An invitation was also extended to His Highness to participate in the Brazilian-Arab Economic Forum, which will be held next July.
His Highness also listened to a detailed explanation about the mechanism of work of the Arab-Brazilian Chamber of Commerce and the partnerships it has with Arab countries.
The outstanding contribution of the regional office of the Arab-Brazilian Chamber in Dubai since its inauguration in the development of Emirati-Brazilian economic relations on the one hand was also discussed. In addition to its importance in terms of setting a new dynamic for Arab-Brazilian relations, based on closer ties between businessmen and institutions in both regions.
Mansour and Shaheen noted that the international office of the Arab-Brazilian Chamber exceeded the limits of the desired gains that prompted its opening in February 2019. The place has become a meeting point for Brazilians who travel to the UAE and other countries in the region to conclude deals, or to represent federal agencies and governments. Especially since the Chamber puts its office at the disposal of those wishing to hold meetings, make contacts, and organize events with partners and markets.
