Al Mazrui Discusses Strengthening Economic Cooperation with Tunisia & Malaysia

H.E. Abdullah Mohammed Al Mazrui, the President of UAC, Chairman of UAE Federation of the Chambers of Commerce and Industry & Chairman of Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry, received Mr. Moez Benmime, the Ambassador of Tunisia to the UAE, in the presence of H.E. Mohamed Helal Al Mheiri, Director General of Abu Dhabi Chamber.

Al Mazrui affirmed the strength and durability of Emirati-Tunisian relations on many levels, especially the economic aspect. Expressing his aspiration to consolidate the areas of economic cooperation and strengthen ties between investors and business sectors on both sides. He also pointed out the full readiness to provide all forms of support and contribution to the development of economic and investment cooperation between the two countries, noting the advantages and incentives provided by the attractive business environment in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, which made it the ideal investment destination in many global competitive indicators.

Al Mazrui also met with the new Ambassador of the Republic of Malaysia, Mohd Tarid, during which they discussed opportunities to expand areas of economic cooperation between the business communities in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and the Republic of Malaysia. Al Mazrui expressed Abu Dhabi Chamber's desire to intensify the economic cooperation between the business communities on both sides, stressing that the UAE in general, and the Emirate of Abu Dhabi in particular, is strengthening its efforts to deepen its relations with Southeast Asian countries, especially since the economy of these countries is the fastest growing in the world.
