Chairman of the Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI) Mr. Sameer Nass has expressed deep pride and appreciation to the auspices of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa to the 18th Arab Businessmen and Investors Conference (ABIC) and World Entrepreneurs Investment Forum 2019 (WEIF), which will be held between 11th and 13th November 2019 in Manama, under the slogan: “The Fourth Industrial Revolution: Building the Future - Leadership, and Innovation in the Digital Economy".
Mr. Nass added: The conference sheds the light on several axes directly related to the knowledge economy, in terms of investing in entrepreneurship and innovation in the digital revolution in the Arab world, enhancing the organizational cooperation among the Arab states in this field, and highlighting the opportunities and challenges of the fourth industrial revolution in the public and private sectors. Stressing the importance of keeping pace with global developments and quality innovations that support the achievement of the promising achievements in various sectors.
He also commended the support of the King of Bahrain to the Chamber as a representative of the commercial and industrial sector in the Kingdom, and the commercial interface of Bahrain and a mirror that reflects the commercial and economic development in the Kingdom, explaining that the chamber is much appreciative of the support it received from the government for the strategic plans adopted by the chamber to promote the complementary model between the government and the private sector, which was drawn by the government visions, directions and plans.
