The President of Qatar Chamber of Commerce and Industry and President of the International Chamber of Commerce in Qatar, Sheikh Khalifa bin Jassim bin Mohammed Al Thani, affirmed Qatar's commitment to investing in a knowledge-based economy, pointing to a strategic plan characterized by innovation, efficiency and flexibility, to position Qatar at the forefront of leading countries in this field. Sheikh Khalifa Al-Thani inaugurated the first edition of the Qatar Trade and Treasury Transformation Summit 2025, pointing out that it constitutes a platform for open dialogue and frank discussions on the future of trade and finance that goes beyond theory and deepens implementation for the benefit of institutions and societies alike, considering that "the private sector is the best qualified to set global standards for business" in order to promote innovation and development in the world.
