Jordan Receives 2.1 Million Tourists during the First Third of 2025

Jordan's tourism sector witnessed remarkable growth during the first third of this year, as the number of international visitors increased compared to the same period in 2024.

According to the report issued by the Jordanian Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities, the total number of international visitors during the period from January to April 2025 reached about 2.125 million visitors, an increase of 19 percent compared to the same period in 2024, in which the number of visitors reached 1.785 million. During April, Jordan received about 617,000 international visitors, an increase of 36.7 percent, compared to the same month of 2024, in which the number of visitors reached about 451,000. Tourism income from January to March of this year increased by 8.9 percent, compared to the corresponding period of 2024, reaching 1.217 billion dinars.
