The Minister of Tourism in the Kingdom of Bahrain, Fatima Al-Serafi, confirmed that the tourism sector in the Kingdom continues to achieve qualitative results in terms of performance and revenues, benefiting from the tourism strategy launched in 2022 and extending until 2026, which resulted in tangible jumps in the number of visitors and the volume of revenues.
She revealed that the results of tourism performance during 2024 show an increase of approximately 13 percent in tourism revenues compared to the same period in 2023. In addition to a growth of nearly 20 percent in the number of visitors, indicators reflect the effectiveness of the Kingdom's promotional efforts and the attractiveness of Bahrain as a promising tourist destination in the region.
