Saudi Arabia's real GDP grew by 1.3 percent in 2024 compared to the previous year. Non-oil and government activities increased by 4.3 percent and 2.6 percent, respectively, while oil activities witnessed a decline of 4.5 percent, according to the report of the General Authority for Statistics.
Real GDP increased during the fourth quarter of 2024 by 4.5 percent compared to the same quarter of the previous year, due to the growth at the level of all economic activities, where non-oil activities achieved a growth of 4.7 percent, while oil activities achieved a growth of 3.4 percent, in addition to the growth of government activities by 2.2 percent year-on-year.
