Over the past year, Jordanian tourism has faced the paradox of visitor growth as revenues shrink slightly. International visitor numbers exceeded the target for visitor numbers in the Economic Modernization Vision for the same year by 13.8 percent.

The data showed that the number of tourists reached about 6.108 million, exceeding the visibility target of 5.367 million visitors. However, the flow of international visitors last year was 3.9 percent lower year-on-year, according to Tourism and Antiquities Minister Lina Annab.
