Oil prices rose in early Asian trade on Wednesday as uncertainty over the Middle East conflict persisted, having fallen as much as five dollars this week to their lowest since early October on concerns about demand.
Brent crude futures rose 24 cents, or 0.3%, to $74.49 a barrel. U.S. West Texas Intermediate crude futures fell 27 cents, or 0.4%, to $70.85 a barrel. Oil prices fell more than 4 percent to their lowest in nearly two weeks on Tuesday on a weakened demand outlook and after fears of a hit on Iran's nuclear and oil sites eased concerns about supply disruptions.
