An Indian economic delegation headed by the Executive Vice President of the Federation of Indian Export Organizations Israr Ahmed, Dr. Adarsh Soika, visited the headquarters of the Kuwait Chamber of Commerce and Industry in the presence of the Ambassador of India to Kuwait. The delegation included representatives of 31 Indian companies working in the field of food and agricultural products, while the meeting was attended by representatives of the Kuwait Food and Nutrition Public Authority, in addition to dozens of Kuwaiti companies operating in the food sector.
The meeting was organized out of the keenness of the Kuwait Chamber and its great interest in the issue of food security and the need to involve Kuwaiti companies in all their sectors, especially small and medium ones, by encouraging them and providing appropriate investment opportunities that contribute to achieving and strengthening the food security system in Kuwait.
