Growth in the UAE's economy is expected to increase this year as the country focuses on diversifying its economy to 3.7 percent this year, with an expected increase in oil production while continuing to focus on tourism, with expected growth of 4.2 percent in 2025, a Reuters poll shows.

The UAE will be able to increase oil production faster than other OPEC+ members and is likely to retain its position as the fastest-growing economy in the Gulf this year and next thanks to supportive fiscal policies.

After OPEC+'s decision to keep oil production low for longer, economic growth in the rest of the Gulf countries, Kuwait, Oman, and Bahrain, will be weaker this year than previously expected.
