Microsoft has appointed Mustafa Suleiman as Head of Consumer Artificial Intelligence, adding to the company an influential figure in the world of artificial intelligence to consolidate its position in this field.
Suleiman confirmed that he will become the CEO of Microsoft AI, leading all AI products and research for consumers in the company.
Suleiman was congratulated and welcomed by Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella, who said: "Welcome to Microsoft, Mustafa Suleiman. I'm thrilled to have Microsoft lead AI as we build consumer AI, like Copilot, that people around the world love and benefit."
It is noteworthy that Mustafa Suleiman is a British born in August 1984, and his father of Syrian origin was working as a taxi driver, while his mother was an English nurse.
