Bahrain Chamber Organizes Customer Service Excellence Forum and Announces 9 Initiatives

Bahrain Chamber Chairman Samir Nass has launched 9 initiatives aimed at expanding the range of services provided by the Chamber to its members and facilitating their business endeavors.

Speaking at the Customer Service Excellence Forum, held at the Bahrain Chamber headquarters in the presence of members of the Chamber's Board of Directors, experts and members of the business community, he stressed the Chamber's commitment to improving its performance, providing high-quality services and meeting the aspirations of the private sector."

The event also included a panel discussion, in which customer service experts from the public and private sectors shared their experiences and ideas.

President Samir Nas received Italy's ambassador to Bahrain, Paola Amadi, on the occasion of the end of her term. During the meeting, Nass praised the Bahraini-Italian relations in all fields. He valued Ambassador Amadi's cooperation with the Chamber in achieving common goals related to promoting trade exchange, encouraging partnerships, and encouraging investments.

For her part, Amadi praised the growing relationship between Bahrain and Italy, noting the participation of Bahraini companies in exhibitions held in Italy and the participation of their Italian counterparts in Bahrain. She also praised Bahrain's business environment and called for continued joint efforts to promote business and trade, as well as explore untapped opportunities.
