Turkey's Exports Increased By 7.4 Percent in October

Turkish exports in October recorded an increase of 7.4 percent compared to the same month of 2022.

According to a report prepared by the Turkish Statistics Authority in cooperation with the Ministry of Trade, on the volume of the country's foreign trade in October, the value of exports in October amounted to 22 billion and 871 million dollars, while imports recorded an increase of 0.6 percent.

The foreign trade deficit narrowed 17.5 percent in October, to $7.902 billion. Total exports from the beginning of this year to October rose 0.2 percent, achieving 209 billion and 904 million dollars. During the same period, the foreign trade deficit reached $91.44 billion, up 3.2 percent.
