The latest report released by UPLO, a specialist in managing e-commerce operations, shows that the e-commerce industry in the Middle East and North Africa is growing at a rapid pace, even the fastest growing compared to the rest of the world.
According to the report, online sales in the region are growing at a rate of 14 percent annually, rising to more than 25 percent in some countries. While the size of the sector in the region is currently estimated between $ 50 billion and $ 100 billion, supported by the UAE and Saudi Arabia, with rapid growth rates in Egypt and other Gulf countries.
