The Chairman of the Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Mr. Sameer Abdulla Nass, explained that the volume of trade exchange between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Kingdom of Thailand amounted to $ 342 million in 2022, recording a growth of 10 percent year-on-year. During his meeting with Thai businessmen, he stressed that "the Chamber is working to enhance cooperation in the fields of food security with the Kingdom of Thailand."
"The Chamber pays great attention and keenness to achieve everything that would push for the development and revitalization of Bahraini-Thai trade relations and everything that serves the partnership relations between the business sectors in the two friendly countries," Nass said.
For his part, the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand to the Kingdom of Bahrain, Pyapak Sricharon, appreciated the support of the Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry for joint ventures and the strengthening of bilateral relations at the level of the private sector. Calling for benefiting from the privileges enjoyed by the foreign investors and the strategic location that characterizes the Kingdom of Bahrain.
