Zoom, a video telephony and online chat company, has invited its employees to return to work from the office.
According to the company, employees who live near the company's offices must work from its headquarters two days a week, indicating that the flexible work model from home and office is the most effective for the company, as we will be in a better position to use our own technologies, continue to innovate and support our global customers.
The company achieved strong success during the Covid-19 pandemic, as most companies were forced to communicate with their customers and employees, virtually, and since then several companies such as Amazon, Chipule and BlackRock have increased the amount of time employees should spend on site.
