The real estate sector is witnessing the entry of new players from the technology and artificial intelligence portal, as more than 50% of real estate buyers have used online brokerage during the past period.
Dubai's real estate market has begun to expand in technology-based marketing, attracting Russian entrepreneur Anastasia Denisova in 2022, to take off globally with Dubai's largest real estate exchange.
Denisova, Realist's partner, and co-founder, points out that "when you do something out of the ordinary and revolutionize a sector, it is accepted and accepted by the majority of those working in the same field and related people, as investors, buyers or tenants, as our platform has achieved great success in generating monthly revenues exceeding one million dollars."
