President of the Union of Arab Chambers, President of the Federation of Emirates Chambers, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Abdullah Muhammad Al Mazrouei, stressed during his speech at the opening of the works of the UAE-Bulgarian Business Forum, held in the presence of the President of the Republic of Bulgaria, Rumen Radev, stated that "The forum is in line with the efforts of the UAE and its continuous keenness to strengthen its economic partnerships with Bulgaria."
He believed that “The forum constitutes an opportunity to work together to enhance prospects for cooperation and open channels of dialogue to take advantage of the promising opportunities offered by the market in a number of vital sectors, especially financial technology, building and construction, defense, information, and communication technology, and industry, to serve the common development aspirations of both countries, and to benefit from the potential of these sectors in advancing sustainable development and economic growth.”
He pointed out, "The importance of the long-term partnership that has linked both countries since 1991 and the progress that relations have made at all diplomatic, economic and cultural levels during the past years, which reflects the efforts of the UAE to achieve economic diversification and the Bulgarian side's keenness to provide all forms of support to achieve this goal", pointing out to "the importance of strengthening strategic cooperation with all countries, attracting investments and contributing to economic growth."
