The regional advisor of the Arab-Brazilian Chamber to the Gulf Cooperation Council, Iraq and Yemen, Shaheen Ali Shaheen, visited the State of Kuwait, where he met with the Minister of Commerce and Industry Fahd Al-Shariaan, the President of the Kuwait Chamber of Commerce and Industry Muhammad Jassim Al-Saqer, and the President of the Public Authority for Agricultural Affairs in Kuwait Muhammad Daoud Al-Ahmad.
Shaheen Ali Shaheen handed over to the personalities he met with an invitation to participate in the Arab-Brazilian Economic Forum, which will be held next July 4 in the Brazilian city of San Paulo under the auspices of the Brazilian President and in the presence of a large number of ministers, dignitaries and business owners from both sides. During the three meetings, they reviewed the prospects for trade and economic cooperation between Kuwait, Brazil and the Arab countries, and the opportunities available for cooperation between the private sector on both sides.
During the meetings, it was stressed the importance that the mutual visits contribute to opening new areas of cooperation between Kuwaiti and Brazilian companies in various fields. Emphasizing that Kuwait and Brazil have close relations, and that Brazil is one of the distinguished destinations for Kuwaiti investments, as there are successful investments in various sectors. The interest of business owners and investors to learn about investment opportunities in Brazil was also stressed.
