The Arab-Belgium-Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce is organizing a virtual seminar via the Internet, on May 13, 2020.

The Speakers at the Webinar will be: HE Peter Huyghebaert - Director MENA, Belgian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Khaled Hanafy - Secretary General of the Union of Arab Chambers, Nabil Jijakli - Deputy CEO, Credendo Group, and Jan-Pieter Laleman - Country Risk Analyst MENA Region, Credendo Group.

The Webinar will address the economic and commercial consequences of the COVID-19 crisis, both at the global level, with a special focus on the reality of the economies of Arab countries, where most Arab countries, according to the Arab-Belgian Chamber of Commerce, demonstrated a successful leadership and flexibility in addressing the epidemic and its effects on the business environment and ensuring business continuity.

The symposium aims to bring the views between companies operating in the Arab countries and their European counterparts, in a way that serves to enhance joint cooperation in light of the current crisis and what it left and will leave negative effects on all the economies of the world.
