According to the Global Billionaires Report issued by the Chinese Research Foundation, the United Arab Emirates ranked 23rd globally in terms of the number of billionaires. The number of billionaires in the UAE has reached 19, surpassing Denmark, Chile, the Netherlands, Monaco, Austria, and Malaysia.
China still ranks among the number of billionaires with 799 people, followed by the United States with 626 people, and India ranked third with 137 billionaires.
In the ranking of cities, Dubai ranked 28th in the world with 17 billionaires, beating Santiago, Ningbo, and Bengaluru. The ranking was topped by Beijing with 110 billionaires, followed by New York in second place with 98 people, and Shanghai with 83 people.
The number of billionaires in the world increased by 346 people, to reach 2,816 billionaires, according to the Horn report. Jeff Bezos, CEO of Amazon is still the world's richest person with an estimated value of $ 140 billion, followed by Bernard Arnaud, CEO of "LVMH" luxury products group with a fortune of $ 107 billion, then Bill Gates, founder of "Microsoft" in third place with $ 106 billion, and Warren Buffett, CEO of "Berkshire Hathaway" comes in fourth place with an estimated wealth with 102 billion dollars.
