Sameer Abdulla Nass, the President of Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry, met with a German trade delegation headed by the President of the Arab-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Ghorfa) Dr. Peter Ramsauer, accompanied by Mr. Abdulaziz Al Mikhlafi, the Ghorfa Secretary. Mr. Nass expressed his pride and appreciation for the distinguished bilateral and economic relations between the Kingodm of Bahrain & the Federal Republic of Germany.
He also stressed that "Bahrain is always keen to activate and develop its relations with Germany in all fields and sectors of trade, industry and investment," calling for "encouraging the entry of the German business owners and representatives of various sectors of trade and industry to come to Bahrain and invest in it, in light of the many privileges granted by the Bahraini government to the foreign investor on one hand and its strategic location on the other, which stimulates the trade and investment."
For his part, Mr. Ramsauer praised the good political and economic relations between Bahrain and Germany, expressing his country's aspiration to develop and strengthen the various aspects of economic cooperation with Bahrain. He also expressed his keenness to develop the investment sector between the two countries and welcomed the cooperation mechanisms between BCCI & the Ghorfa to achieve all what serves the development of the common economic interests.
